Effective date: August 13, 2026
By using Vellum, you agree to these terms.
Vellum is a personal scheduling app. You sign in with your phone number and write your schedule as a document, which syncs to our servers. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is," without warranties; outages, data-sync delays, and bugs can occur.
You're responsible for the device and phone number you use to access Vellum. Keep your device secure; anyone able to receive your SMS codes can access your account.
Your schedule belongs to you. We claim no ownership over anything you write. We store and transmit it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Don't use Vellum to store unlawful content, attempt to breach or overload the service, or interfere with other users' data.
You can stop using Vellum and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellum and its creator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond what reasonable backup practices would prevent. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (currently zero).
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
