Questions, bugs, and how-to

Vellum is a scheduling app where your calendar is a written note. Questions and bug reports go to sam@vellumscheduler.com and are usually answered within a couple of days.

Getting started

• Type 1 doctor then space on today's row to create your first event.
• Type 3 coffee right after — events sort themselves and separators appear automatically.
• Press return and the next date appears in gray. Press space to accept it, or type your own.
• Type a range like 7/14-16: beach trip to fill several days at once.
• Press backspace right after any automatic change to undo it.

Common questions

My sign-in code didn't arrive. Confirm the number is correct and can receive SMS; codes can take up to a minute. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.

My schedule is missing after reinstalling. Sign in with the same phone number — your document syncs to your account automatically and will reappear.

How do I delete my account? In the app, tap Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your schedule and account data.

Does Vellum work offline? Yes. Changes are saved on your device and sync when you're back online.
